雕塑加工流程詳細(xì)分解步驟

1.第一步：泥塑小稿。
The first step: the release of small clay.

2.第二步：5×5角鋼焊接1：1成型。
The second step: 5 * 5 angle welding forming 1:1.

3.第三步：泥塑過(guò)程，審稿認(rèn)訂。
The third step: Clay process, review the recognition order.

4.第四步：石膏外模。
The fourth step: plaster mold.

5.第五步：高分子樹(shù)脂（玻璃鋼）等輔料翻模成型。
Fifth step: high polymer resin (glass fiber reinforced plastic) and other accessories to mold.

6.第六步：整體組合。
The sixth step: the overall combination.

7.第七步：表面處理；（找補(bǔ)、打磨、著色）。
The seventh step: surface treatment; (Zhaobu, polishing, coloring).

8.第八步：玻璃鋼制品雕塑結(jié)束。運(yùn)輸、安裝。
The eighth step: the glass fiber reinforced plastic products. Transportation and installation.

9.第九步：其它或金屬加工。（木雕加工、石雕加工、砂巖加工、不銹鋼加工、鍛銅加工、鑄銅加工）
The ninth step: other or metal processing. Wood processing, stone processing, sandstone processing, stainless steel processing, copper processing, cast copper processing
